WagerBooks uses artificial intelligence as a productivity tool to make gambling session report preparation faster and more consistent, never as a replacement for human judgment, and never as something that touches your platform accounts directly.
AI may assist with parts of our internal workflow, such as: speeding up classification of transactions and session-level data extracted from gambling platforms; drafting preliminary summaries and structuring data into report format; flagging inconsistencies, gaps, or unusual entries for a reviewer to look at; and assisting with research on tax and reporting requirements (e.g., W-2G thresholds, state-level rules).
AI is used to speed up the mechanical, repetitive parts of report preparation, not to make the final call on what goes into your report.
No AI-generated output reaches you without human review. Every report goes through our Preparer → Reviewer → Closer process, and a person, not a model, is responsible for verifying accuracy, resolving exceptions, and signing off before delivery. AI-generated suggestions are treated as a starting point for a reviewer to check against your actual platform data and supporting documents, never as a final answer.
We do not use AI tools, chatbots, or automated agents to log into, navigate, or interact with your gambling platform accounts. Platform access is handled directly and manually by an assigned, trained team member, never handed off to an automated system.
We take this position deliberately: platform logins, balances, and account activity are sensitive, and we are not willing to route that access through a third-party AI tool or let a chatbot make decisions inside your account. A person is accountable for every action taken on your account, every time.
Regardless of which AI tool is used, the following are never entered into any AI system, general-purpose or otherwise: gambling platform login credentials or passwords; full account numbers, banking details, or payment information; government ID numbers (SSN/TIN, passport numbers, etc.); and any information that could be used to access your account directly.
Team members may only use AI tools that have been reviewed and approved by WagerBooks for client work. Personal or free AI accounts are not permitted for any client-related task. Team members cannot introduce a new AI tool into a workflow without approval.
Your gambling records, session data, and report information are never used to train or fine-tune AI models, ours or any third party’s. One client’s data is never used as training material or reference for another client’s report.
If you’d prefer your report be prepared without AI assistance at any stage, let us know when you place your order and we will process it manually. This may affect turnaround time, but the same review standards apply either way.
As AI tools and our internal processes evolve, we may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
